Kris Bowers
A jazz pianist and the composer of Green Book and The Wild Robot, which earned him an Oscar nomination.
He trained as a jazz pianist at Juilliard. In film he scored Green Book, King Richard and the new version of The Color Purple. DreamWorks' The Wild Robot earned him Oscar and Golden Globe nominations. He had already won an Oscar, but as co-director of the documentary short The Last Repair Shop.
